The braiding feels sturdy enough that I don't worry about it kinking or fraying when I toss it in my bag, and the connection has been rock-solid every time I plug it in. Honestly, it's become the cable I grab first for my daily charging routine.

These are doing the job for everyday charging and data transfer, no complaints so far. The braided casing feels durable enough for tossing in my bag, though it's a bit stiffer than I'd like right out of the box.
